Position Overview: The Technical Business Development Head drives the growth and expansion of our organization by establishing strategic partnerships and leveraging technical expertise to identify and pursue new business opportunities. The Technical Business Development Head will play a pivotal role in fostering relationships, understanding client needs, and aligning technical solutions with business objectives to achieve revenue targets. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive growth in alignment with company goals. Identify and target potential clients, markets, and industries to expand the organization's customer base. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients to understand their technical needs and position appropriate solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess market trends, competitive landscape, and industry challenges to inform business development strategies. Lead the creation of compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches that effectively communicate the value of our technical solutions to clients. Monitor industry developments, identify emerging opportunities, and adjust strategies accordingly. Provide strategic insights to senior management based on market analysis and business development activities. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): New Client Acquisition: Number of new clients acquired through business development efforts. Client Relationship Strength: Assessment of client satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term partnership potential. Market Expansion: Number of new markets, industries, or segments penetrated through business development efforts. Strategic Partnerships: Number and impact of strategic partnerships established to enhance business opportunities.
Requirements

Experience: - Industry Knowledge: Experience in the IT / Technology industry or a similar field can be crucial. - Track Record: Proven success in business development roles, including successful project management and revenue growth. - Leadership: Experience in leading teams and managing cross-functional projects. 2.
