Job Description

The Enterprise and Information Security Architect will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing shapes and implementing our organization's technology strategy, ensuring that our IT systems, applications, and infrastructure align with our business goals and objectives. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of industry best practices, emerging technologies, and possess excellent communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders across various departments. 

The position will help in System and Network Administration, responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, servers, and networks within our organization. Your primary duties will include installing, supporting, and managing servers and resolving network issues to ensure smooth operations across the company's infrastructure. 

The Position will help in the Information Security Role, responsible for establishing and maintaining the enterprise vision, strategy, and program to ensure information assets and technologies are adequately protected. Will lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive information security program to safeguard the organization against cyber threats, breaches, and vulnerabilities.

Requirements

Technical Proficiency:
In-depth understanding of security technologies, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, encryption methodologies, secure network architecture, cloud security, and threat intelligence.

Risk Management Skills:
Ability to conduct thorough risk assessments, identify vulnerabilities, and develop and implement risk mitigation strategies. Proficiency in creating and maintaining risk management frameworks.

Security Architecture and Design:
Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing secure enterprise-level architectures, integrating security into system design, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.

Cybersecurity Governance:
Experience in establishing and maintaining cybersecurity governance frameworks, policies, procedures, and standards within an organization.

Incident Response and Forensics:
Proficiency in developing and implementing incident response plans, conducting forensic analysis, and leading incident response teams during security breaches.

Communication and Collaboration:
Good communication skills to effectively convey complex security concepts to diverse audiences, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and interact with stakeholders at various levels.

Leadership and Project Management:
Strong leadership capabilities to lead security initiatives, manage projects effectively, and mentor team members. Experience in prioritizing tasks, allocating resources, and meeting deadlines.

Continuous Learning and Adaptability:
Commitment to staying updated with the latest security threats, technologies, and industry trends. Willingness to adapt and implement new security methodologies and tools.

Ethical Standards:
Strong ethical principles and professionalism when handling sensitive information and making security-related decisions.

Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills:
Ability to analyze complex security challenges, think critically, and devise innovative and practical solutions.
