Job Description
Managed and guided the sales team in the implementation and execution of sales strategies to achieve the sales target. Coordinate with the National Sales Director, Control Tower and operations, and Finance regarding Sales Strategies, Initiatives, and directions. Collect and review WIGs per cost center as applicable and recommend actions to properly reflect the actual status of departmental objectives Participate in audits of Company systems to ensure effective accounting and managerial controls and accuracy of recorded data, promote efficiency, safeguard Company assets, and monitor compliance with applicable laws and Company policies and procedures. Proactively assist departments in identifying root causes to recurring incidents or minor incidents that will potentially have a high impact Recommend areas for improvement to better strengthen internal controls and/or help reduce cost. Assist in developing an audit plan that provides for the effective audit coverage of the Company systems based on an assessment of potential risk and exposure to the Company. Survey functions and activities of units to evaluate the nature of operations and the existence and adequacy of internal controls With guidance from the audit head, determine the direction and extent of assigned audits. Prepare the audit program and establish procedures. Prepare working papers to support findings and recommendation Obtain and analyze data to provide an objective, informed opinion on the accuracy and fairness of financial statements. This includes performing analytical procedures and recommending adjustments to Company financial statements. Participate in performing audits of Company operations in accordance with accepted professional standards. Perform post-audit reviews to determine the extent to which audit recommendations have been implemented. Conduct preliminary interviews and walk-throughs to understand the concerns of SBU's and/or departments. Discuss deficiencies and recommend corrective actions to improve operations and reduce costs. Maintains strict confidentiality on all internal data or information integral to the success and continuity of the company Maintains an unbiased approach to issues raised by internal and external customers
Requirements
Graduate of any 4-year business course Profession: 5 years related to sales management Leadership: 2 years Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Good communication skills Negotiation Skills To be assigned in the Cebu Branch.
