People Perspective: • Select, trains and evaluates subordinate or staff. • Plans & allocates manpower and other resources assigned. • People development through employee development plan of each team members • Promote and implement succession planning • Institute continuous skills and competency development of personnel based on individual functions • Coaching, feedbacking, performance management and employee discipline Process Perspective: 1. To ensure that TEROPS, CONYARD, CONVAN, ELand AND LANDTRANS policies and procedures are regularly and religiously complied. 2. To ensure strict adherence on safety measures in a day to day operation. 3. To schedule pre-loading conference or meeting with Sales & Mktg., Safety Dept., Vessel Officers, Port Captain, Puerto Servicio De Cebu and other parties involved for the stowage planning of the vessel or any concerns related to operations. 4. Implement continuous process improvements in the TERMINAL, CONYARD, CONVAN , ELANDand LANDTRANS operations. 5. Implement proper monitoring and reporting on incident related matters concerning operations. Customer Perspective: 1. To ensure that queries from internal and external customers are attended immediately. 2. To ensure submission of complete and on time reports requested by internal customers. 3. To establish HLR with our government partners, subcons, suppliers and external customers. Financial Perspective: 1. Monitor and managed Terminal Operating Expenses budget vs actual, GAE budget vs actual for Convan, Conyard and Landtrans. 2. Maximize loading of containers to hit branch revenue budget and volume. Other Duties and responsibilities. 1. Performs other tasks as delegated by the Department and Division Heads. 2. Ensure compliance of company policies and other legal requirements. 3. Proactive in all auxiliary duties and responsibilities.

Graduate of any Business or Engineering related courses Willing to work 24/7 Process-oriented Computer and Technology oriented
