Brief Description and Purpose of the Position The Sr. Ecommerce Specialist leads the execution of ecommerce operations and commercial management of high-value accounts. The role ensures platform performance across multiple marketplaces and webstore accounts by managing Ecommerce Specialists, driving operational efficiency, and achieving GMV targets. This position requires advanced problem-solving skills, team leadership, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Key Responsibilities Area/Competencies Supporting Actions Leadership & Team Oversight • Lead, train, and mentor Ecommerce Specialists handling operations and commercial accounts. • Serve as point person for escalations across operations and platforms. • Align team KPIs with company goals and ensure delivery. Commercial Account Management • Handle GMV-based high-value accounts (e.g., top brands on Lazada, Shopee, TikTok, Webstore). • Optimize product listings, promotions, campaign participation, and platform visibility. • Build performance plans per account to exceed monthly GMV targets. Performance & GMV Growth • Develop and execute growth strategies per account/channel. • Monitor and report account performance (GMV, CTR, conversion, etc.). • Coordinate with marketing for platform campaigns, vouchers, and ads. Ecommerce Operational Oversight • Supervise end-to-end ecommerce processes from order to fulfillment. • Support warehouse and logistics team to maintain SLAs. • Ensure zero backlog and timely returns/refund processing. Platform Optimization & Partnership Management • Collaborate with platform category managers to gain visibility and support. • Join partner webinars, seller summits, and new feature rollouts. • Represent the brand in escalations and strategic discussions with platforms. Data Analysis & Decision Making • Use BI dashboards and platform analytics to make data-driven decisions. • Prepare monthly performance reports and improvement roadmaps. • Recommend adjustments to pricing, inventory, and campaigns. Budgeting & Cost Control • Ensure profitability of operations per account through cost analysis. • Track budgets for platform ads, discounts, and logistics costs. • Propose ways to increase CM% per account and per order. Client Relationship Management (Internal/External) • Liaise with internal stakeholders (logistics, IT, finance) for seamless execution. • Build strong relationships with external brand principals and distributors. • Ensure proper alignment of brand goals with platform initiatives. Project Management • Lead and implement ecommerce-related projects such as new product launches, campaigns, and system improvements. • Monitor milestones and deliverables to meet timelines. Crisis and Escalation Management • Serve as the escalation point for complex operational or client issues. • Develop preventive measures and contingency plans.

Qualification Standards Education • Bachelor’s Degree Experience • Profession: E-commerce and Digital Marketing • Leadership: 1 – 2 Year
