Job Description
I. Facilitates accurate and timely endorsement and release of recurring company-initiated benefits and/or enablers (e.g. Rice Subsidy, Uniform Subsidy, Mortuary/Death Assistance, etc.)
1. Makes a regular review of employees who are already qualified and entitled to receive the benefit.
2. Facilitates requisition, endorsements for approval, and requests for funding.
3. Facilitates timely benefits release/distribution.
4. Ensures proper documentation (e.g. sign-off sheets) upon disbursement.
5. Monitoring and endorsement of personal accident insurance.
6. Keeps a monthly inventory report and monitoring report for all benefit availments.
7. Develops and implements HR policies and procedures to ensure consistency and fairness.
8. Provides guidance on policy interpretation and application.
II. Plans, implements, and manages administrative disciplinary actions, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal standards.
1. Plans and implements administrative disciplinary action for Yello X, GSP and Yello Hotel
2. Conducts seminar on administrative disciplinary action as deemed necessary.
3. Conducts counseling and help develop employee corrective action.
4. Generates customize report for Talent Management System
5. Proactive to internal and external labor relations programs
III. Develops and implements programs that help maintain and promote employee engagement and healthy lifestyle.
IV. Administrative and Other Tasks
1. Performs other functions related and deemed necessary as assigned by the Immediate Head and the Division Head.
2. Ensure compliance of company policies and other legal requirements.
3. Proactive in all auxiliary duties and responsibilities.
4. Prepares and maintains various HR reports and metrics.
